Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on US orders over $35. For orders under $35, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. International shipping is available via USPS and DHL Express - rates calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Rocky Mount, VA. You'll receive an email when your order is ready.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
