Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, The General Store 540 ships within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Please contact us if you have questions about your location.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@thegeneralstore540.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
